What shapes the quote
- Number of in-scope business devices and distinct OS families

How billing works
Most reviews are fixed-fee once scope is agreed. Recurring health checks are billed per cycle. A deposit may be requested when on-site days are reserved. Travel within greater Cape Town is included; longer trips are itemised in the estimate.
